








Anchois w/ Supermoon's Mixed Culture - Collaboration w/ Supermoon Beer Co
Anchois is brewed with our rustic friends at Supermoon. It is built around the new, and curiously named, Anchovy hops. These unique hops add notes of watermelon rind, pine, and red raspberries to the lemon curd, cantaloupe, white pepper, and nutty wheat character of the base beer. Supermoon took half the wort back to their brewery to ferment with their yeast so be on the lookout for their version and try them side by side!
