Structured with Pilsner Malt and Crystal Rye from Sugar Creek and hopped with Spalter select and a dusting of New Zealand Cascade. Tuck into notes of rich loam, dates, thyme, pineapple, apple blossoms, and lime pith.
This version was then conditioned on Balaton cherries for 9 months. Which are tart cherries known for the deep, complex, almost leathery character.
