Friend of Winter is the result of true collaboration between Lao Peng You and is/was brewing to create something neither of us would have made on our own but is still perfectly representative of both of us. We steeped dried plums, hibiscus, licorice root, and a few other bits of LPY magic in the beer to make a vibrantly colored, lightly acidic, and perfectly complex companion for all foods LPY.
