What A Coincidence is the result of true collaboration between Lao Peng You and is/was brewing to create something neither of us would have made on our own but is still perfectly representative of both of us. We infused the beer with white and green peppercorns to add unique and beautiful floral aromas to the nose, an earthy depth to the mid-palate, and the lightest suggestion of the Szechuan Peppercorn numbing sensation.
