What does it all mean? Long Thai Double Rainbow Rye is a beer we resurrected from the Half Acre archives to give new life. It is mashed with pilsner and rye malt from our friends at Sugar Creek and features Thai long peppercorns, a unique variety of peppercorn that is pungent, spicy and fruity. The resulting beer is a beautiful golden color with notes of bright peppercorn, woody cedar, pineapple, rye spiciness, tropical fruit, and a deep muskiness.
