Volume XXI pairs Concord grapes from Mick Klug Farms with a strain of Brettanomyces Bruxellensis known for its citrus and tanned leather notes. It pours a deep pink color with and off-pink head and has notes of Welch’s grape juice, strawberry Fun Dip, fruit leather, a touch of grape skin tannin and a dry finish.
