Volume XXVI pairs black raspberries from our friends at Mick Klug Farms and a Brettanomyces Bruxellensis known for its earthy leather funkiness. It pours a deep burgundy color with a maroon head. There are notes of tanned leather, raspberry Fun Dip, forest floor, violets, and craisins. It is lightly tart with a grippy structure, almost reminiscent of a sparkling version of Brunello.
