Saison brewed with Charred Meyer Lemon and Thyme
This Is A Happy Moment is a collaboration with our friends at Cash’s Kitchen, the kings of smash burgers in Chicago. We juiced Meyer lemons then brought the hulls to Cash’s where they charred them, bringing out deeper caramelized sugar notes from the delicate lemons before we added those, along with fresh thyme to the fermenting beer. The result is a beer that pops out of the glass with aromas of lemon zest, brûléed sugar, thyme, and tangerines. The perfect beer for a smash burger.
