Perceived Distance Bottle Conditioned with Brettanomyces - Harvest Saison - 5.1% ABV - Collaboration with Great Leap Brewing and Hop Head Farms
Perceived Distance is a collaboration across continents. A communion with our friends Carl from Great Leap Brewing and Nunzino from Hop Head Farms. This Harvest Saison was brewed with hops that were picked less than 48 hours before they were used. Employed with a purposeful restraint these hops gave us delicate notes of orange and grapefruit zests, chamomile, cardamom and wisps of cedar.
