Saison Frileux bottle conditioned with Brettanomyces

Saison Frileux is a beer built for the colder days. A Dark Saison inspired by the Dark Mild, Porter, and Russian Imperial Stout traditions of England and conditioned on some very special coffee from our friends at Dark Matter. You’ll be greeted by notes of cacao, light roast coffee, hazelnut, poached pear, black currant, dates, allspice, and dark chocolate. It has a rich, creamy body and a dry finish. A beer for the chilly season.

This version was bottle conditioned with our house blend of brettanomyces. It will continue to evolve and increase in complexity for many years to come if stored in a cool, dark place.
