The Finer Points of Bad Behavior Volume XII: Raspberry and Brettanomyces Bruxellensis

The Finer Points of Bad Behavior is an ever evolving series of beers that pairs seasonal ingredients with unique strains of yeast specifically chosen to compliment, contrast, and elevate each other. 

Volume XII pairs red raspberries from Mick Klug Farms with a strain of Brettanomyces Bruxellensis known for its combination of lemony citrus character and light funkiness. It pours a vibrant ruby red with a fluffy pink head and has notes of dense raspberry, lemon pith, bright berry pixie sticks, with a light, spry body and berry skin tannin.
