Will Be is our flagship saison and the purest expression of ethos of our brewery. A physical manifestation of our pursuit of making honest, succinct, fermentation driven beers. It is teeming with aromas of juicyfruit, mango, banana, peach pits, and almond paste. This expression is bottle conditioned with brettanomyces so it will evolve over time.
